Refund Policy

We make every effort to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase of The Sparkle of Marriage. However, if you encounter any problems, here are the applicable refund terms.

1. Products concerned

This policy applies to purchases made directly through the official L'Éclat du Mariage website, whether in format:

• Physics (paperback or hardcover)

• Digital (eBook, PDF, ePub, etc.)

2. Refunds for physical products

You have 14 days from receipt of the book to request a refund, in accordance with your right of withdrawal.

Terms :

• The book must be returned in perfect condition (unread, undamaged).

• Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Refund will be made after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Procedure :

Please email seraphine.sombrel@gmail.com with the following information:

• Order number

• Full name

• Reason for return

We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

3. Refunds for Digital Products

In accordance with current legislation, no refunds will be made for downloaded digital products (eBook, PDF, etc.) once the purchase has been validated, except in the case of a defective file or obvious error (e.g.: wrong file sent).

Exception :

If you have not yet downloaded the file, you can request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

4. Damaged Products or Delivery Errors

If you receive a book that is damaged or does not match your order, we will offer you either a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

Approach:

Send a photo of the damaged product or the error noted to seraphine.sombrel@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt.

5. Reimbursement period

Once the return is accepted or the request validated, the refund will be made within 5 to 10 working days, via the initial payment method.
